We start with an in-person consultation where I get a full picture of your style, lifestyle, and goals for the space.
This is where we map out the project scope, discuss budgets and timelines, and talk through how the design can evolve alongside your life.

Afterward, you’ll receive a detailed Scope of Services, estimated design fees, and a general overview of furnishing and material costs — so you have a clear understanding before we move forward.

Vision & Design Development

With the groundwork set, we dive into building the design vision.

For renovation or new construction projects, we’ll begin with foundational selections like tile, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and lighting.If we’re furnishing and styling a completed home, we jump right into space planning, layouts, and key furniture pieces.

Throughout the process, I combine your inspiration with my experience — blending clean lines, layered materials, and collected pieces to shape a home that feels timeless and distinct.

Design Presentation

This is where you get to see the full vision laid out.

I present floor plans, 3D renderings, elevations, materials, lighting, furnishings, and custom architectural elements like built-ins or feature walls — all woven together into one cohesive plan.

The goal is clarity: you’ll be able to see how every element connects, long before the first hammer swings.

Project Oversight

When it’s time to build, I stay actively involved to keep the design on track.

I collaborate closely with builders, trades, and fabricators — coordinating site visits, answering questions, and managing changes in real time.
It’s about keeping things moving forward and making sure the final outcome honors the design we’ve created together.

Procurement

Once selections are finalized, I manage all the details behind the scenes — from ordering and tracking to inspecting shipments and coordinating installations.

Working with trusted vendors and craftspeople, I make sure every piece, material, and custom detail arrives exactly when and where it should.

Installation & Final Styling

The last step is where the vision becomes reality.

We place furniture, install lighting, layer in art, accessories, and meaningful pieces — styling every corner until it feels fully realized and effortless.
