Design fees are customized based on each project's unique scope, complexity, and specific requirements, often exceeding the minimum for extensive remodels, full-home designs, or projects involving detailed customization.

We welcome conversations to explore the perfect approach for your home and vision.

Furnishings & Decor Investment
In addition to design fees, we work with clients who are prepared to invest thoughtfully in quality furnishings, decor, and custom details.

A minimum furnishings and decor investment of $50,000 is recommended for full-home projects to ensure a cohesive, elevated result.
